Copeland Financial Services, LLC (CFS), was establish in May of 1980 as a tax preparation business (d.b.a. Copeland Tax Consultants) and has offered quality financial products and services to individuals and small businesses since 1988. As an organization, we strive to fortify community relationships and economically empower our customers to make informed financial decisions. We are committed to consistent high quality service, fiscal responsibility and on time delivery. This is achieved with a staff of highly, qualified, dedicated and motivated personnel. Benjamin Copeland Benjamin Copeland
President/CEO 
As President and Chief Executive Officer of the Copeland Financial Services Group, I have over 36 years of financial services experience and a professional background that is rich in leadership and knowledge. I take pride in being a result driven individual with extensive organizational and managerial experience. I am gratified to have had an upbringing which instilled in me high moral and impenetrable ethics. I have also integrated such values into my companies, and am proud to lead organizations that reflect the same high standards in which I believe. I received my BS from University of Maryland & MS from the University of Virginia. I worked for a large National Bank as a Vice President for over 20 years before venturing out on my own. I am a Registered Financial Consultant and hold my Securities, Life, Health, Title and Annuity licenses in the states of Maryland, DC, Virginia and various other states. I have managed tax branches for both H&R Block and Jackson Hewett over a 5 year span. I have owned and sold two successful businesses.
Tony Abrams Tony Abrams, CPA
CPA/Wealth Advisor
Tony has been in the accounting and financial services industry since 1991 serving as a Certified Public Accountant and Financial Advisor. Prior to his entry into the financial services industry, he served as an Internal Auditor with the Federal government. Over the years, he has gained experience in the preparation of individual, business and corporate taxes, financial and contract auditing, real estate investment, financial and retirement planning, portfolio and wealth management. Tony is a Registered Financial Consultant and holds Life, Health and Annuity licenses in the states of Maryland, DC, Virginia and various other states. Tony is a Graduate of Virginia State University.
Jennifer Bell Jennifer Bell, CPA

Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in Accounting and Financial management. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for managing the financial operations of national and international companies as well as small privately and publicly held companies. Prior to starting her own independent accounting and bookkeeping firm, Jennifer was the Interim CFO & Controller of a large local corporation. Because of her experience managing both large and small businesses, Jennifer understands the challenges that many businesses face and recognize the need to have a cost effective, single source accounting solution. She uses the latest technology to provide real-time transparent accounting to support and quickly respond to your needs. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, University College; she is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Maryland and Virginia
Angela Dawkins Angela Dawkins, Esq.

Angela graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in the spring of 1986. Since that time she has practiced law before many tribunals in the Washington Metropolitan Area where she enjoys a thriving estate planning practice. Her expertise includes commercial real estate, Leasing, mortgage financing and title practice. Angela currently works extensively with individuals, small businesses and faith based organizations. She is also a Certified Reverse Mortgage specialist and has worked extensively with the senior community. Cheryl attended the University of the District of Columbia.

Trish earned her BS degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore.
